Mediations

Marian is offering virtual and in-person private mediations for civil and family law matters.

Virtual Mediations (Anywhere in Texas, via Zoom):
* Half Day, starting at $500/Party (less than 4 hours, AM or PM)
* Full Day, starting at $1,000/Party (more than 4 hours)
* Certain matters, including divorce proceedings or asynchronous mediation may have additional charges. Please contact Marian for details and rates.

In-Person Mediations (Central Texas only):

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances can change. However, when you schedule a Mediation with Marian, she blocks out that time for you, and only you. Because of this, if you cancel a mediation with Marian less than 5 business days in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%. If you cancel a mediation less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%. Cancellation fees are due at the time of the originally scheduled mediation, and will only be waived if you schedule a new mediation date.
